Q:What would you consider a healthy weight for someone 5'6"?
It really depends on your body frame personally I have a small bone structure so I way 110 for your average bone structure it would be around 120-130 normally it really depends on your overall structure I dislike when people post that it should be 130 when some people have smaller bone structures like me or bigger bone structures. The key is to be your fittest so your body can do as much for you as possible.

Just got back from the gym (via car2go I must say) I feel absolutely fabulous at the moment! I can’t wait to do this again. Maybe this weekend… Hmm idk have to fit it in my schedule somewhere. Oh and adding the car2go part. If anybody looking at this blog attends UT Austin and lives at the opposite end of campus from the gym definitely look in to car2go for your trip back. I use the walk to the gym as my warmup and car2go back when I’m beat! Love It!
